Razer Viper V3 Pro not working

I bought my razer Viper v3 pro on 19th may 2024 from amazon India and after a year it suddenly have stopped working. the mouse is dead both wireless and wired mode, the LED isn't turning on and the sensor isn't flashing red either. I have treated the mouse with utmost care and there was no issue till yesterday. i charged it for full 3 hours and still the LED was off during charging. i reinstalled all the drivers apps but still the issue persists. it doesn't even work in my sister laptop. it just isn't turning on. please help me. I put my trust in Razer product since i had a robust Razer orochi v2 since launch working fine but this time when i put the big bucks in for a premium mouse i get issues like this. Please RMA or repair my mouse or something. I Trust in Razer to do so.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you charge your mouse with another cable and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
