Razer viper v3 pro not working

The mouse won't connect to the PC with 2.4 GHz, and even when plugged in, no charging lights or anything else comes on. The sensor is on i can see it, but I don't know why the PC isn't detecting it. I already tried with another pc and nothing.

I’m sorry to hear your Razer Viper V3 Pro isn’t connecting over 2.4 GHz or charging properly. To troubleshoot, please perform the additional steps laid out below:

  1. Make sure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub.
  2. Use the original cable that comes with it and ensure that the cable is fully seated.
  3. Check whether the mouse shows any sign of charging when connected by cable.
  4. Ensure to update your Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware.
  5. Test the mouse on another PC with Synapse closed or uninstalled, if possible.
