After coming back from breakfast I found that my razer viper v3 pro mouse does not work anymore. Wireless or wired it does not register to my pc, I tried plugging it in to a different pc via wired connection and it did not work there either. cant even update it either bc my computer doesn’t detect it as on.

I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro suddenly stopped working. It doesn't register on your PC, whether connected wirelessly or via a wired connection, and the issue persists even on another PC. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure the mouse has power. If it's wireless, try changing or charging the battery.
2. Connect the mouse to different USB ports on your PC to rule out port issues.
3. Try to perform a mouse reset below:
- Unplug your mouse from your computer.
- Press the left mouse button + right mouse button + Scroll Wheel button at the same time for about 10 seconds
- Plug your mouse into the computer while holding step #2.
- Your computer will recognize a new device and will start to install the drivers if this is done correctly.
4. Connect the mouse to another computer without the Razer Synapse to determine if the problem is with the mouse or the original computer.
If the problem persists, please send me a PM with your mouse's serial number, a video showing the issue, and proof of purchase for warranty validation. You can save and share the files using an online drive account and set the privacy to "Public" or “Anyone with the link” so we can view it. Thanks!
