Hello. I’ve bought a mouse Viper V3 Pro and been using it for 1 and half month already. I’ve noticed that i never got a chance to see my mouse at 100% and i’ve been doing some tests. I’ve already drained all battery so i can charge without using it so i can see how fast it goes but after like 8 hours, the mouse only goes up to 50%. Does anyone have some solution to this?
I done some search about this problem at this forum and i think it affets a lot of people. I really need to understand how to fix it or i’ll need to send to waranty.
PS: My firmware version is now at 1.14.0.0
