Hey, I was working with the mouse at night, when I woke up the next day the mouse stopped responding, the PC doesn't detect when you plug the mouse in directly. There is nothing in devices and printers, nor in the device manager. The receiver detects it but it doesn't connect the mouse, I have tried turning it on, leaving it charging, etc, etc.

I have seen that this error has happened to more people, what am I supposed to do, I bought the mouse recently, I got it on 31 July.
