I am writing to request a replacement HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse.
Unfortunately, I lost the original dongle while travelling. After looking into the available replacement options, I understand that the standard replacement wireless dongles sold through the Razer Replacement Parts Store and other retailers are not compatible with the Razer Viper V3 Pro, and that this model requires its specific HyperPolling dongle.
I would like to ask whether it is possible to purchase the correct replacement dongle directly from Razer. If it is currently out of stock, I would also appreciate the option to place a backorder or be added to a waiting list so that I can obtain one when it becomes available.
Please let me know if you require the mouse serial number, proof of purchase, or any other information to process my request.
