Razer Viper V3 Pro RMA Issue: Local carrier logistics closed, independent international shipping exceeds product value

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to process a warranty replacement (RMA) for my defective Razer Viper V3 Pro from Panama, but I've hit a major logistical roadblock and hope a support moderator can step in to help.

Here is the situation:

Razer support provided a 17-day prepaid UPS return label.

However, the official UPS local logistics provider/OPI in Panama has completely shut down operations, meaning there are no physical drop-off points or systems here that can scan or accept this specific international return label locally.

Because of this, the only way to ship the item back via an independent courier would cost roughly the same price as the mouse itself, making out-of-pocket international shipping completely unviable.

I requested Destruction in Lieu of Return, but support informed me it's not available for my case. Since the item was bought on Amazon online, there is no local physical reseller here to handle the warranty either.

I am more than willing to provide extensive video proof of the defect. However, if the item must be physically returned, my only viable option to avoid paying a fortune in shipping is to use the provided prepaid label by routing it through my local forwarder to Miami—which takes more than the standard 17-day window.

Could a support admin please help look into my case and grant a temporary validity extension on the prepaid return label, or advise on a realistic alternative solution?

Any help or guidance from the community/mods would greatly be appreciated.
