Razer Viper V3 Pro SE Slow charging.

My Viper V3 Pro SE is slow charging. After 3 hours its only at 85%. Then when I unplug the USB the percentage goes down to 83% fast. I already tried the steps Razer Support says to do if this happens and still nothing change. Plz help.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
