Hi, I am having sensor issues with my Razer viper v3 pro. Tried upating firmware, drivers, disconnecting and connecting mouse, everything. Yet it is still not working, The cursor is hardly moving and is having signal cutouts.

Have you tried it on a different surface? If possible, try it also on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status.
