I’ve had a viper v3 pro for a while now and its great but recently its had an issue where the sensor stops working just for like a few milliseconds, it’s making it really frustrating to play with. The issue also only happens on wireless using the dongle, when It’s plugged in directly there is no issue. is there any fix?

This type of issue is often related to wireless interference. How far is the wireless dongle from your mouse, and how close are you to your Wi-Fi router? For now, try moving the dongle closer to the mouse with a clear line of sight, then test it again. Also, please send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can check if there are any applicable firmware updates or fixes.
