I got my razer viper v3 pro one month ago and it charges very slow with the original cable and all

If your Razer Viper V3 Pro is charging slowly even with the original cable, it is usually caused by using low-power USB ports, a dirty charging port, or a faulty battery calibration. Try the following:

 

  1. Avoid charging through a low-power USB hub, keyboard passthrough, or unpowered USB ports on your PC. Plug the original cable into a high-amperage wall charger (like your smartphone charger) to see if it charges at a normal speed.
  2. Look inside the USB-C port of the mouse for pocket lint or debris, which can physically block proper power delivery. Use a soft-bristled brush to gently clean it out. 
  3.  Let the mouse battery completely drain to 0% (until the mouse turns off), and then charge it uninterrupted to 100%. This helps the software correctly calibrate the battery percentage. 
  4.  If you are vigorously gaming while the mouse is plugged in, the device will prioritize power for performance, often resulting in a slower "trickle" charge. Let the mouse charge while the PC is asleep or off to get the fastest charge times.
