Never had a issue charging the mouse before. When plugged in the mouse is being shown as charging but it is stuck at 2% and wont go any heigher. I have tried updating the firmware and using different usb ports have found no solution so far.

What about trying a different cable to charge your mouse? If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a message via PM along with your Viper V4 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
