I got the mouse about a week or so ago and it’s been fine but then the light on the top of the mouse went and it just started to refuse to connect. It says something about it malfunctioning and to try again. I tried about twenty times before coming here.

Is the dongle detected properly in Windows device manager when you’ll connect it to your PC?
I tried it on other devices and it’s not working
Dongle was detected properly
nvm I got it working by holding down the DPI button
