I bought a Razer Viper v4 pro and like 1 or 2 month after the batterie charge is stuck at 30 or 40% and not charging more and when I play the batterie falls to 5 % after 5 min

I understand that you're experiencing a battery issue with the Razer Viper V4 Pro, where the charge gets stuck around 30–40% and drops to 5% in about 5 minutes while gaming. To isolate the issue, please try the following:

  1. Fully charge the mouse using the original USB cable and a direct USB port on your PC.

  2. Make sure to update your Razer Viper V4 Pro Firmware.

  3. Test the mouse with Synapse closed, and try a different USB port or cable.

  4. If possible, charge the mouse on another PC to see whether the issue still occurs.

  5. Test the mouse on different computer and observe if the same problem persists.
