The USB-C connector on this mouse is very difficult to plug in. Is it supposed to insert smoothly?
Even when I manage to connect it, the connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting whenever I move the mouse.
Could it be that I'm not inserting the cable all the way? If so, it's so difficult to plug in that it feels like a defect. Is this normal?
