Hello, I have a 3 month old mouse, a Viper V4 pro. As of a few days ago, I kept receiving low battery notifications even though I have charged the mouse sufficiently. I checked Synapse and it indicates that my battery is at 0%. Despite it being at 0%, I was able to use it for hours.
I have performed multiple uninstalls of Synapse and repeatedly paired the mouse but the values in Synapse are super wrong. May I know if I have a hardware issue?
