Razer Viper V4 Pro Dongle Not Recognized

Is the mouse dongle connected directly to your PC, or are you using a USB hub? Also, did this issue occur right out of the box, or was the dongle working properly before? For now, please send me a PM with the serial number of your Viper V4 Pro so I can verify the warranty and check for other possible solutions.
