My New Viper V4 Pro dongle worked fine until a firmware update (dongle + mouse) via Synapse failed at 99%. Since then my PC doesn't detect the dongle at all: no Windows sound, nothing in Device Manager, and not even the BIOS sees it. I tried all USB ports, a hub, another cable, BIOS update, and reinstalled USB drivers and Synapse. The dongle does work on another PC, where the firmware shows up to date, Any solution?
