When will the new firmware update for the Viper v4 pro be released?

Future firmware updates aren’t announced ahead of time. Is there something you’re trying to fix?
Probably the supposed DPI Downshifting that VV4Pro incurs strangely enough. Believe I saw a video stating that the VV4Pro sensor contains ~10% downshifting spanning the entire DPI range … reports/videos were sent to Razer but I don’t believe they received any feedback regarding the 3rd party user testings
