Razer Viper V4 pro not charging past 65%

New Razer Viper v4 pro, not charging past 65%, latest firmware v1.04.01_r1, pluged directly into motherboard. Just wont go over %65. Tried reseting the mouse via holding different buttons. Wont go over %65 in both desktop and Web Synapse

I’m here to help! I understand your new Razer Viper V4 Pro won’t charge past 65% even with the latest firmware and after trying a reset. To isolate the issue, please make sure the charging cable is firmly and properly inserted into both the mouse and the USB port. Also, try the steps below and see if the problem is resolved:

1. Turn off your Razer Mouse and charge for at least 30 mins.
2. Try a different USB port on your PC (preferably on the back panel) and avoid USB hubs or front-panel ports.
3. Close Synapse, restart your PC, then reopen Synapse and check if the battery level changes.
4. If you have access to another computer, connect the mouse there and check if the charge goes beyond 65%.
