it shows 0% battery wirelessly and wired but sometimes when i hold the power/dpi button for like 1 to 2 seconds the dongle for the viper v4 pro turns off the lights and in synapse 4 the mouse goes away and then it comes back sometimes it still shows 0% but sometimes 100% and im sure that its not 100% because its been a bit since my last charge
im on latest firmware, latest synapse 4 even tried factory resetting my mouse and reinstalling the drivers nothing worked
