After turning on the computer, I activate the button under my mouse. While it works without any issues for about 10 minutes, suddenly a green light starts flashing and the sensor stops. I cannot move the mouse, but the scroll wheel, right and left click buttons continue to function. After a while, the green light stays solid again and it is fixed; however, 10 seconds later, the same problem repeats.

This problem doesn't happen at all on some days, while on other days it occurs during the most exciting part of the game. To find a solution, I changed the USB port and plugged it into the back of the case, but the result didn't change. They said it might be because the dongle (receiver) was too far away; I tried the USB inputs on the front panel of the case, but it didn't work either. They said USB 3.0 ports might cause frequency fluctuations; so I plugged it into a USB 2.0 port, but the problem still wasn't fixed. Against the possibility of the battery moving out of place, I fixed it by wedging it with paper, but this was not a solution either. What is the solution for this, has anyone experienced this before?
