When trying to register my recent purchased wired Blackshark V2 X , it said the device was already registered. I see this is a common issue with this device and wish to confirm my assumptions about.

+1It’s a common issue with Aliexpress / 3rd party amazon sellers etc. Headset may be fake.
I’d return it and get it from official source.
