Hello, last year on 20 february i bought a razer viper ultimate, it started having issues in august with the scroll wheel not working as it should be, and now it's almost unusable, but i couldn't find any way to contact razer as i'm from spain, chat is only for Canada and the US

And will razer send me a new mouse or smthn ?
