Razer Website not able to recognize registration of device | Razer Insider

I was asking for help to get my headphones' Surround Sound features, but I couldn't get the code, so I went to the Razer Online Services, and when I put my serial number, it said I have not registered my device, but I have.

When I re-register my device, it is saying that I already did so, but when I go back to the page, it is saying that I have to register my device. I am unable to proceed after this point and therefor asking for help.
