I have begged, been professional, understanding, patient, & apparently GULLIBLE dealing with the Warranty Department . I have a BlackWidow T.E. Chroma V2 Mechanical Keyboard with yellow switches. It is just under 1 year of warranty. Here is the issue. It will double type an S. NO other key. No other function or macro or anything else. Jusst an "SS". (seee it did it then). I have recordss of emails dating back to 1/29/2020 trying to get thisss isssue ressolved. I have tried all of the fixes they have sent. Uninstall, Clean removal, Regisssstry editing. Absolutely everything. Again you see all of the SS'sssss in this email??? THiss is what isss happening. I am sso frustrated from their lack of concern & the run around they have given me that thisss is the first stop I threatened them with in my Social Media blitz about their complete dishonesty in Customer Service. But hey from what I read all over the Web I see stories like this all over the place. Add another one to it. TO THIS END, I am going to publish every communication I have sent & received fro Razer regarding this farce. I have never been told well things are sslsow due to Covid or any reasonable explanation. Just broken promisess. THis is the 4the week I have been waiting for an RMA number to ressolve thiss. So to RAZER all I can say is read about it . I am hitting every account I already own or can create about this WITH the emails. I told you I would if I had to resort to it. Here it is.
