Razer Wireless Control Pod - Continous disconnects and low Battery

I have the Leviathan v2 Pro, and recently bought the wireless control pod to use with it.  However after connecting the pod via bluetooth with my PC, it seems to be constantly disconnecting and reconnecting (all my rgb light reset, pod stops working, then reconnects) and in the last 2 days I have gone through 3 sets of duracell AAA batteries.  I have ensured I have the latest bluetooth drivers on my PC, etc.  but the issue still persists.  Any idea of what I can do to fix this?

Have you tried testing the device on a different computer to see if the same problem persists? Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
