Razer Wireless Control Pod Volume Dial Stops Working When Synapse Is Running

Dear friends,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Razer Wireless Control Pod. The volume dial functions correctly when Synapse is not running, but it stops responding a few seconds after Synapse is launched.

Here are the details of my setup and troubleshooting steps:

- **Operating System**: Windows 11 (fully updated)
- **Synapse Version**: Latest version (clean reinstalled)
- **Connected Devices**:
  - Razer Wireless Control Pod (via Bluetooth)
  - Razer Audio Mixer
  - Razer RGB Headset Stand
- **Dial Configuration**: Assigned to “Increase Volume” / “Decrease Volume” in Synapse (Korean version: ‘볼륨 크게’ / ‘볼륨 작게’)

**Troubleshooting Steps Taken**:
1. Clean uninstall and reinstall of Synapse, including removal of residual files.
2. Restarted Windows Audio services (`Windows Audio` and `Audio Endpoint Builder`).
3. Verified that the dial works perfectly when Synapse is closed.
4. Disabled Synapse auto-launch on Windows startup.
5. Confirmed that the issue reappears consistently when Synapse is running.

This behavior suggests that Synapse may be interfering with the system volume control events triggered by the dial. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed as a potential software bug or compatibility issue.

Thanks for sharing your observations. Please try removing all Razer-related files from your computer by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please reinstall Razer Synapse on your PC, including its updates, and see how it goes. Otherwise, please send me a PM so I can help you initiate an investigation, or you can submit a case here. Ensure to select Software & Apps > Razer Synapse 3 or 4, then select YES if you are using Synapse with a Razer device.
