razer wireless dongle disconnects my corsair wireless headset from the wireless dongle

Probably their signal is interfering - try to separate both dongles as far as possible from each other and check if the issue persist.

I tried this solution but it didn't work. A new idea came to my mind just now. I will plug my Razer receiver into the USB 2.0 connection and the headset receiver into the 3.0 USB connection. I'll try it and write if it works.

I read this article and it did not solve my problem, thank you for your suggestions

I solved the problem, I accidentally plugged the mouse's receiver into the USB 2.0 gen port, it was fixed when I plugged it into the USB 3.2 gen port. I think USB 2.0 could not get enough power and this caused the frequencies to mix.
