Razer Wireless Mamba Chrome Mouse's sensor will not work

I got my Razer Mamba just a month or two ago, so my mouse is fairly new, and I did not use my mouse for a week and when I started using it again I noticed that when I moved my mouse the curser would not move. The Synthesis app still recognizes the mouse; also if I plug my mouse into any other computer it still will not work which means it the mouse itself that is the problem. The mouse lights up when I turn it on and all the buttons still work just like normal. It works if it is in wired mode or wireless mode too. I have also tried do the steps the offical razer supporet page said by using a Q-Tip that is slightly coated with rubbing alcohal but that did not work. what should I do?

That's highly likely a dead sensor. Do you mind sending me the serial number of the mouse and a short clip detailing the condition the device is in? This is a long shot, but try to perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
