I have a razer wolverine chroma v2 purchased last year; has been working perfectly. Today, out of nowhere, the device is no longer recognised on the app ‘razer controller setup’ on my gaming laptop. I was wondering if anyone would be able to advise or support staff able to get in touch? I have checked firmware update, all USB ports and changed the USB-C to make sure these arent the issue. The controller itself is lighting up, but not functioning at all.
