Razer wolverine pro v3 controller wont turn on

i tried turning my controller on while plugged in and unplugged the USB C to use the wireless dongle instead. as soon as it was unplugged it shut off and hasnt come on since. my computer recognizes when its plugged in again but still wont turn on or anything. It wont show up on the controller app either to look for updates or anything.
