Razer Wolverine TE stopped working (PC)

so i have this razer wolverine TE for around 4 years (or more) and it always worked perfect until today. i tried playing a game but i found out that it completly didnt work. i tried to go on gamepad tester and other things. also when i unplug it my pc doesn't even notice. anyone cound help?

    also it is powered and looks like normal. it is just like my pc isn't detecting it. it also doesnt show up in the device manager EDIT: so i found out that it does work on the razer controller setup for xbox application but games dont recognise it. it also seems that windows doesnt notice if i unplug it
