Okay, so this is hard to explain. (Please be aware that English is not my first language, sorry for any grammar mistakes) I have 3 devices - Blackwidow X Chroma - Deathadder (Legacy devise) - Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition Controller I used to play a lot with my controller, I had an old software called "Razer Synapse for Xbox" and everything was fine. But out of nowhere my controller was not responding, *my green led config was working" but when I tried to use my Wolwerine in a game it was not working - But the game recognized that there was a controller, since all the option in the game was exhibited in Xbox format. So I removed the USB device and the next time I inserted It was not working, my green led config was not on and the computer did not recognized my controller. I checked all devices in my computer and where it should have "Razer controller" there was this : " Unknown USB Device problem(Device description failed) " Okay, so I tried a bunch of stuff like: -Repair Synapse software -Install the newest controller software for Razer (You can download that in Microsoft Store) -Uninstall the device and reboot computer. And none of that worked for me, so I used my device in another computer and it also didn't work and had the same message "Unknown USB Device problem(Device description failed)" . So I know a lot of people would say that my device is broken BUT it's impossible, I played 2 days ago with that controller and I always take care of my computer products (Razer here where I live is EXPANSIVE AF) the only thing that goes through my mind is that if I removed the USB while the computer was on maybe burned something (?) but that is impossible So if you have a tip in how to solve this issue because I do believe that the cause is SOFTWARE not hardware.
