Razer wolverine ultimate not working

I bought this controller less than 2 months ago and I try to connect the controller to my Xbox one S and it does not work and is unresponsive. The white flashing light shows and the green and blue light shows when you switch profiles and sometimes the rgb flashes but that’s about it the controller may work for only a few seconds then disconnect rarely and I’ve been trying for several hours to fix it . The cable works fine as I tried it in my Xbox controller and it worked perfectly fine . Has this happened to anyone before because the internet shows no instances of this happening to somebody else before
