Razer Wolverine Ultimate Troubles

I recently purchased a Wolverine Ultimate controller for Xbox this Christmas and my RB bumper broke today. It's very loose and doesn't work all the time. I haven't read much of this happening and I think it just happened to break by chance. I am very careful with my controllers, it has never been dropped or aggressively used. I hope this is the correct place to post this, any help would be appreciated!
