Razer wolverine ultimate vibration issue

I've had the wolverine ultimate since last October and it's been a great controller. But a few weeks ago a issue raised when the controler vibrates it continues to give a low vibration until I either turn off my Xbox or unplug the remote, Turning of vibration in games seemed to fix this. However, today when I turned my Xbox on my control started to constantly vibrate like the vibrations settings where on max and now even when I switch my Xbox off the vibrations continue as long as the controller is plugged in. Has anyone had a similar issue as this and knows how to fix it?
