Razer Wolverine Ultimate will not power on with either PC or Xbox one S & switches off Xbox if unplu
Hi,
I'm hoping someone hear can assist.
last year I moved to PC from Xbox barely ever used controller but some games are just easier like rocket league so I tried connecting to my PC.
It initially refused to recognize but i fiddle until I got it working, the next time I tried it same thing but even harder.
I've tried searching the internet with no luck & just realized Razer support will not even allow you to email thme if a product is out of warranty (count me out as a future customer).
Yes I won't buying any further Razer products but here I sit with a pretty expensive 1 that does not work.
1. will not recognize controller in any USB port on my PC will not even light up to show it's receiving power
2. when connected to front USB header if left in will shower a message stating power surge product requires more power than available but can't be found on any other header
3. Tried connecting back to my xbox & doesn't power up there either now
4.But the absolute kicker!!! unplugging the proprietary connector not even the USB from the xbox switches the xbox off
How on earth does a controller have the capability of doing that but can't be powered on by a PC which should surely have sufficient power availble.
I've got very little hope this thread will get me anyway but hoping for a miracle.
