razer wolverine v2 chroma

So I have the razer wolverine v2 chroma and just won’t turn on only every now and then will it work ,, have another one the exact same and works perfectly fine with usb c cable and everything anyone know what’s wrong with it?

Your Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma is somehow not detected or not properly connected. Try some basic steps below and PM me your controller’s SN if issue persists: 

  1. Ensure the USB cable is fully plugged in at both ends. Try a different USB port on your computer, preferably one directly on the motherboard, and avoid using USB hubs.
  2. A simple restart can resolve temporary connection glitches.
  3. Connect the controller to a different computer to determine if the problem is with the controller or your PC's configuration. 
  4. Download and run the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app on your PC, and follow the in-app prompts to update the controller via a wired USB connection
  5. A corrupted installation can cause issues. Uninstall the Synapse 2.0, restart your PC, then reinstall the latest version. 
  6. Open Device Manager, click "View," and select "Show hidden devices".
  7. Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, especially under "Audio inputs and outputs," "Human Interface Devices," or "Other devices."
  8. Right-click any problematic device and select "Uninstall device," then restart your PC to have Windows reinstall the drivers.
