Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma DEAD after firmware update
Just saw that someone else ALSO just had the same thing happen (member Ijasal?).
Received my controller today. Followed all instructions. Controller connected fine on it's own. Followed the instruction sheet that said to get the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app, I did (on my Xbox One) managed to adjust some thumbstick sensitivity in the app, then went to the deadzone selection in the app, it prompted me to "update the firmware". I did. The update went to 100%, then the controller died, a complete brick, no power no lights, have tried to reconnect several times through my Xbox One console and ALSO my computer. NOTHING.
Received the controller today around 2pm, it's now 4pm.....great time indeed.
Here I was thinking I would finally up my controller game (my original Xbox one controller is over 3 years old).....what is the fix for this? Pretty ridiculous. Crazy disappointed.
