Hello my controller just arrived, my razer wolverine v2 chroma i connected to my computer it was working correctly so i install the software the command program, i will install the available firmware drivers and then 100% the controller does not connect and does not sign of life

    The same issue here after updating the controller on my Xbox: the controller bricked after a complete update of the firmware. I have written to my local support and services, waiting for their reply.
