Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am experiencing with my Wolverine V2 Chroma controller. Although the warranty expired in March, I am hoping you can provide some guidance or support to help resolve the problem. Specifically, the M3 button on my controller has stopped working. 

I have updated the controllers firmware and cleaned the controller.

Despite these efforts, the M3 button remains non-functional. I would greatly appreciate any additional advice or support you can provide to help resolve this matter.
