Razer Wolverine v2 chroma not connecting to my pc

Same here, actually when i look for the controll manager, it said "unknown usb device (device descriptor request error) and it sound of connected and disconected, for real its causing me problems :s

so you have to plug the cord into the controller only then hold down up on d pad and the a button at same time while pluggin in the controller to pc… it actually worked! i was about to send the darn thing back!!!

Hi, I´ve updated the firmware of my wolverine v2 chroma in my xbox one S, then the controller turned off and now it doesn´t work, I´ve tried to do the update from the link from above but the pc doesn´t detect the controller, It is fully dead, what can I do? plz help

Ok do we need a class action lawsuit to unbrick the controllers or what?

У меня тоже с самого начала использования то видел то не видел его, а теперь после года в коробке, перестал его видеть, но при этом нажимая на среднюю кнопку лампочка моргает, а значит питание идёт и с проводом всё хорошо.
