My controller was bought brand new so I decided to go into the razer app on Xbox to customize my controller. When trying to change the deadzones it asked me to update the controller. I did so and as soon as the update finished the controller turned off and wouldn't power on anymore. I've tried turning the console off and on, hard resetting it and connecting it to a different device but it still doesn't power on. If anyone could help it would be very much appreciated since I haven't even been able to use the controller yet
