I have had a Wolverine V2 wired controller model RZ06-0356 for only a year now and I have been facing issues where my controller will randomly disconnect if it is not in an exact position. Then suddenly the controller stopped connecting altogether!

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard or a different USB port. You can also try a different cable. If the same issue occurs, then send me a PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds along the way.
