Hello,

i have a problem with my Razer Wolverine V2 | RZ06-0356. It was working fine, like two months ago, but now it is not powering on (only LED bliks twice and then nothing happens) when i plug it into my Xbox Serries X. When i plug it in computer, sometimes get’s recognized, sometimes doesn't. When it is not recognized by computer, there is an exclamation mark on USB devices in device manager. When it is recognized in the computer, it is shown as Xbox Gaming Device. I have tried to use the Razer app for Windows, but when i start the app, i got black screen and nothing is happening, even if the controller is recognized in device manager of the computer, However it is not working at all with Xbox SX, where it is generaly used. Please help!

Hi @kalashnik_100,

Thanks for posting  your concern about your Razer Wolverine V2 controller which cannot be detected by your Xbox console. Based on your description of the problem, it’s highly likely hardware-related. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for options to assist you further or proceed with Razer’s warranty claim process.
