Razer Wolverine V3 doesnt connect to PC or XBOX and audio issues

Honestly, really disappointed with this product. I hoped it would be an upgrade from the Razer wolverine v2 but it is a downgrade. I have already bought and replaced one within 2 days. So the controllers arent faulty. But for some reason when I plug the controller in after updating it using the firmware software the controller refuses to work. When I plug in my mic no audio comes through and when I try to switch to PC mode using the shortcut I hear static noise in my headset. To add to this Synapse 4 can no longer detect these controllers I have tried connecting both the one I returned and the new one. I have tried uninstalling and re installing synapse nothing works. Would honestly like to get this fixed and not feel like I wasted my money.
