My razer wolverine v3 pro no longer connects wirelessly. My grandson got a hold of it and I think he hit something. The controller works if hooked to the usb port and works wired. Cant seem to get it wireless anymore. Any ideas?

Hello there,
There’s a chance that it got damaged. Is it possible for you to try connecting it on a different console or PC? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Wolverine V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
