I have had this controller for 2 months now and it suddenly stopped staying connected to my pc. I have tried different cables in different ports on my pc with no success. Wireless dongle also does not stay connected. It works for less than a minute, at most. I have never been rough with this controller. What could possibly be causing this?

Also I would like to add that I initially tried to contact support for this issue. I can not find any way to for this controller, since the there is nothing under “pc products” and under “console products”, controller options are for xbox and playstation only and this is a pc controller.
