Razer Wolverine V3 Pro and Naga V2 Hyperspeed Interfering | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

So I last week I bought a Wolverine V3 and loved it for fighting games. But I also love MMOs so I thought I’ll the Naga 2 Hyperspeed. I initially had them both connected with their dongles that they came with but it turns out if I have both of them plugged in at the same time, they interfere with each other: when using the mouse, the cursor freezes and jumps around the screen, and when using the controller, it freezes or has a mind of its own. This happens every 2/3 minutes of gameplay. The solution was to either put the mouse into wireless mode (which I don’t like because the latency is horrible), or to unplug the controller while not using it. I haven’ tried connecting the controller through Bluetooth or cable but I imagine it will fix it. Anyone else has this issue? Is Razer aware about this problem?

Hello trendbuzzLightKhaki256,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. To assist you better, allow me to ask a few questions below to isolate the problem.

  • Are you currently using Razer Synapse4 to manage your devices?
  • Have both your Wolverine V3 Pro and Naga V2 Hyperspeed updated to the latest firmware?
  • When you mentioned switching the mouse to wireless mode, did you mean Bluetooth mode? Clarifying this will help us understand the situation better.

Please note that the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro does not support Bluetooth mode; it only connects via HyperSpeed Wireless via the included dongle or Wired Connection. If possible, could you provide a video showing the issue? This would greatly assist us in diagnosing the problem. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I look forward to your response!
